Caffeine: Black tea has the most caffeine of all the tea types.
Brewing Instructions: Loose leaf: Bring cold water to a boil, use one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 3-6 minutes. Sachet: Pour boiled over sachet and steep 3-6 minutes.
