A combination of USDA Certified Organic herbs helps that have been blended to ward off and ease the symptoms of colds and the flu.
Caffeine: Herbal teas contain no caffeine at all. Herbal teas are not made from the camellia sinensis plant as most teas.
Brewing Instructions: Loose leaf: Bring water to a boil, add loose herbs, one heaping teaspoon per cup of water. For iced herbal infusions, add one level tablespoon. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 4-6 minutes. Sachet: Pour boiled water over sachet and steep 4-6 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic ginger root, organic rosehips, organic tulsi, organic orange peel, organic lemon peel, organic lemon myrtle, organic lemongrass, natural orange flavor, natural ginger flavor.
