Choco Peppermint Cane Pu-erh

This chocolate and mint blend is delectable. Put on earthy pu'erh leaf, it has great balance and minty clean finish. An excellent pairing for dessert or those who want to enjoy the taste of chocolate without the fuss of all those chocolate calories.

Caffeine:  Pu-erh is a special type of Chinese tea from Yunnan province. It belongs to the class of fermented teas, typically called “dark“ tea or “black“ tea in China. Pu-erh tea tends to have higher caffeine content than other tea types perfect for that morning wake up cup.

Brewing Instructions: Loose leaf: Bring water to a boil, add tea, one teaspoon per cup of water. For iced herbal infusions, add one level tablespoon. Pour hot water over herbs and steep 3-5 minutes. Sachet: Pour boiled water over sachet and steep 3-5 minutes.  For both loose leaf and sachet, if you like a strong, more aromatic cup of tea add a bit more tea, it is not recommend that you steep longer than 5-6 minutes which will result in a bitter cup.
